Presence Models & Talent is a full service boutique agency in Atlanta, Georgia representing models and actors for commercials, film, television, print, runway and voiceovers. It was founded by Kitty Bundy in 2010. With over 40 years in the entertainment business as a model, actor, stylist, studio manager and lifestyle agent in the Atlanta market, She decided that it was time to put her ideas to work in creating a boutique agency dedicated to finding and developing top models and actors in the Southeast. Presence is committed to maintaining a personal relationship with each person chosen for representation and development in order that each can reach the goals they set and beyond. 

Teri Land has been an agent with Presence Models & Talent since its inception. She has worked as a model, actor, runway trainer and scout for over 30 years. As an agent and scout she has developed talent that has appeared in commercials, television, film and runway shows across the nation.
